What network servers do you work with?
We specialize in Chirpstack ecosystem management and support, however, we have work with the following networks:

Where does your sensor inventory comes from?
Our inventory is a mix of customer returns, demo, and R&D units.
Does you sensor work with XYZ Network Server?
As long as the sensor is LoRa, it should work with any network server.
Do you provide device support after ordering from you?
Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to provide support for device troubleshooting or debugging. However, we will facilitate device AppEUI, DevEUI and AppKey when placing an order.
What’s your return policy?
No Returns or refunds. All devices are sold AS IS. If you have any questions please reach out to us.
How do you know the devices will work?
Working condition of the devices are unknown.
Why are you selling these devices?
We purchase a large amount of used devices in bulk and resell. Even though the device condition is unknown, some if not all of these devices where in customer deployments, demo units, and R&D.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are only shipping within United States since most of our inventory is for the US915 band.
